Application for Working visa (First time)  

 

 

1．Application Condition：
        The foreigner who have found a job in shanghai, and got a labor contract from shanghai company 

 

 2．Application Materials：

           Applying for the documents of step 1：
                    1．Passport First page:Copy
                    2．Resume
                    3．Bachelor’s degree:Copy
                    4．Two years related working experience at least (After graduating from university)
                    5．Shanghai company business license:Copy
                    6．Shanghai company enterprise code license:Copy
                     7．Shanghai company approval certificate:Copy (If it’s a domestic company, can not provide this one)

          Applying for the documentsof step 3：
                     1．Valid passport and visa：Original
                     2．Passport Photos：*5 (2 inch size)
                     3．Shanghai Registration Form of Temporary Residence：Original (latest)
                     4．Foreigner’s Working License：Original
                     5．Foreigner’s Medical check-up report：Original
                      6．Company Labor contract:Copy

 3. Application Date：
          Period of Step 1: 5 ---- 15 working days
           Period of Step 3: 6 ----- 8 working days
